Frequently asked Questions
1. What happens after we have made a wedding booking?
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will need the wedding schedule so that we can meet with you to discuss the details. This is extremely helpful when we need to obtain permission to photograph inside churches and registry offices
2. When do you arrive?
Usually we arrive more than an hour before the ceremony in order to capture the wedding preparations
3. What about group pictures and formal shots?
We will of course shoot some group pictures and formal shots in the normal course of events, combined with a large number of reportage style pictures which will help to minimise any interruptions to the proceedings
4. What format of camera do you use?
We use Canon EOS high-resolution digital SLR cameras.
5. How many pictures do you take?
We will usually take far in excess of the number of pictures quoted in the prices section. We then select the very best for your CD or Album.
6. Will the photographers require refreshments?
No, we bring our own refreshments on the day.
7. What time will you leave?
Unless otherwise agreed , we normally leave after the speeches and the cutting of the wedding cake.
8. Do you keep a record of each Wedding?
Yes, we make copies which are safely stored. Reprints can then be ordered for years to come.
9. How much deposit do you require?
We ask for a deposit of £100 payable at the time of booking.
10. When is the balance due?
We ask for the balance to be paid two weeks before the wedding date.
